Island Paradise Philippines is a photographic journey across the country's 7,107 islands. It's a collection of my favorite photographic works spanning various themes as beaches, mountains, heritage, food, culture, festivals and of course, its people. It's also my tribute to my beautiful country, the Philippines.

Ferdinand L. Decena also called Ferdz, is at his element when he's out on the field, writing stories from each place he passes and captures moments with his camera which are documented on this blog www.ironwulf.net. His photography and some of his creative writing works has also found its way to Philippine Airline's Mabuhay magazine, Cebu Pacific Airline's Smile Magazine, Girlfriend Magazine, Go! Just Travel Magazine, Philippine Graphic Magazine, Asian Spirit Airline's Asian Spirit Travel and Lifestyle Magazine and Philippine Mabuhay News San Diego. He has also been commissioned to do some location and event shoots for Landco Pacific Corporation.

Some notable achievements worth mentioning is having won a consolation prize at National Geographic Asia and Sony Ericsson's Windows Into Asia Awards 2007 one of the top 3 winners in the Philippines, being featured at Manila Bulletin's Blog-O-Rama, Best Photo Blog for Philippine Blog Awards in 2005 and finalist on the recent and new award giving body at Philippine Blog Awards 2007 for Best Travel Blog and Best Designed Blog.
